Three baddies burst into the Gattralls house and execute the father (Tom, a police officer) and the mother.
The daughter Olivia witnesses the assassination and escapes.
She finds refuge at her grandfather's (Joe), a retired spy.

Tom and his partner Burton were investigating a huge weapons traffic involving an unknown police officer, military officers and a high personality of the government.
The investigation is complete and a file is waiting to be read by the chief of police.
The murder case is given to another police officer, Paulina Geniski.

Burton meets Joe and Olivia.
A group of armed men burst into the house but the trio escapes.
Burton tells them about the file and the traffic.
Back at the police precinct, he has to hand over the investigation file unwillingly to Geniski.
Then he walks outside and is shot dead.

Joe finds information with an old friend who confirms the huge weapons traffic going on.
The traders are unbeatable on the market because they offer young white females, kidnapped girls, to arabian buyers who sell them back so they can buy more guns.
The commander of this operation is the mysterious Dominique, a high personality of the government.

Joe goes to the police precinct and finds Geniski.
He tells her that Olivia witnessed the murders.
They arrange a private meeting the next morning.
There, Joe is waiting alone.
The meeting is a set-up.
Geniski betrayed him but his old spy training comes in handy and he escapes.

Joe and Olivia film Geniski's house with a camcorder.
Three soldiers arrive, argue with her and finally kill her.
Everything is recorded on tape.
They watch the video and learn about a big transaction later that night with terrorists in a warehouse.

There, during negociations, the terrorists and the soldiers suddenly hear a noise.
They start searching the place.
The bad guys open fire, Joe and Olivia fire back.
Joe starts hunting.
He kills the terrorists one by one with real professionalism, the soldiers escape on the River in an offshore boat.

Joe and Olivia start chasing them on the terrorists boat.
After many bullets and explosions, the soldiers are finally blown away.

The next morning, they watch the news on TV and see Strasberg, a reporter, who seems to be very interested in this case.
He knows a lot but can't make out the whole story.
He reports the Gattralls death, Burton's death, Geniski's death, the dead terrorists and soldiers, and young women found drugged in the warehouse.
Joe decides to fill in the blanks for Strasberg.

Joe and Olivia drive to the soldiers military camp dressed as a general and an assistant on inspection.
They access the safe of the dead soldiers and take the file back to the city.

They contact Strasberg in a nightclub and make him read the file.
He identifies Dominique as a personal confident of the President.
He is considered as the King of Integrity.
He calls his TV producer and gets a special live report at the Studios for the day after.

The entire story is finally exposed to the public with Strasberg, Joe and Olivia.
Joe challenges Dominique and promises to kill him.

They arrive at Dominique's residence but he's fled to the Airport.
After a car chase with the police and flying an old plane to the airport, they make it to the flight.

They all end up in the plane to Sydney (Australia).
Joe takes Dominique down to the luggage hold, he makes him swallow a poisoned pill and play a little game.
Will he survive the game ?
