FULL MOON. Washington DC.

A teenage boy is having intense sex with Jade (brunette), Glodie (blonde) and Scarlet (redhead).
After his orgasm, they kill him.
The next morning, Angela Steen, police inspector is on the scene.
Murdock and Doyle, a police team, arrive and take over the case.
The three girls are students at the George Washington University.
In the underground world, a shadow figure, Drakkos, grieves for the death of his young friend (the teenage boy).
Angela is furious she didn't get the investigation.

FULL MOON.

The girls go out.
They pick up a playboy at Dupont Circle, have intense sex with him and stab him to death.
Then they have intense sex with a black man in Anacostia and kill him.
Then they pick up a teenage boy in Georgetown District.
They have intense sex with him and are about to kill him when Drakkos appears and forces them to escape.
The boy is saved.

The next morning, Murdock and Doyle find the dead playboy.
Angela is also on the case as a challenging solo team.
The winner will earn a promotion, the loser will be back to traffic duty.

At the George Washington University, the girls pick up the gardener.
Angela is worried that they only found two bodies.
There should be three bodies.
She believes something went wrong.
The next day, Angela finds the third body, the dead gardener.

On TV, Chief McGeeling speaks about the full moon murders.
In his room, the teenager from Georgetown is watching.
He picks up the phone and calls the police.

Later, Angela is looking for Drakkos in the dark alleys.
She is attacked by thugs and knocked out.
Drakkos saves her and carries her to his underground lair.

Drakkos recognizes the three girls from pictures.
Angela identifies the girls as Jade, Goldie and Scarlet Barrymore, daughters of evil Senator Frank Barrymore.

Murdock and Doyle start investigating on the Barrymores, checking alibis.
Angela goes to school as a student in the Barrymore sisters class.
She befriends them.

Murdock and Doyle go to the University and question the Principal, who later calls the Senator.
He goes to the police station and threatens Carey, the chief of police.
Angela is following the girls when she is stopped by FBI cars and asked to stop her surveillance.

The next morning, Murdock and Doyle go back to see the boy from Georgetown but the house is empty.
Angela finds Drakkos, she tells him who those girls are and the name "Barrymore" rings a bell.
He will frighten them and let them know he is after them.

The three girls are haunted by Drakkos who appears to them as a ghost in their sleep and turns their dreams into nightmares.

FULL MOON.

Cops are getting ready to stop those girls if they try to do it again.
Angela with Drakkos in the underground world, Murdock, Doyle and Carey patrolling with other cars and a helicopter.

The girls are doing it again near Union Station.
Drakkos and Angela run through the tunnels.
Angela calls Carey to tell him what is happening.

Drakkos and Angela arrive too late, the girls just killed their victim.
They escape and Drakkos runs after them.

Frank Barrymore arrives with his chauffeur.
The cops start running around Union Station, trying to stop the three girls.
The Senator and the FBI men follow them.

The girls end up in a four-street plaza, surrounded by Angela on one side, a police car on the other, the police helicopter in front of them, and Drakkos who just hid himself.

This is the final showdown...

Who will live ? Who will die ?
